SIAMS Inspections

As a church school we are periodically required to undergo a SIAMS inspection (Statutory Inspection of Anglican and Methodist schools).

What is the purpose of a SIAMS inspection?
A SIAMS inspection focuses on the impact of the Church school’s Christian vision on pupils and adults. This involves looking at the school’s Christian vision, the provision the school makes because of this vision and how effective this provision is in enabling all pupils to flourish.
Our latest inspection took place in June 2025 and we were delighted with the outcomes. The experience felt celebratory of our whole school community and what we are about.
The report states that:
The Christian vision has a significant impact. It is woven throughout the school and has a transformational effect on the lives of pupils and their families. Staff live out the vision in all that they do. In this way, they encourage pupils to overcome barriers and ‘soar like eagles’.
Loving relationships exemplify the vision at Weston Lullingfields. Care and concern for vulnerable pupils and their families is deeply rooted. As a result, many who have experienced significant challenges flourish.
Please take the time to read the report for yourself below. Hopefully it will give you a flavour of our school.
