Supporting Every Child to Thrive at Weston Lullingfields
At Weston Lullingfields, we believe every child is unique and deserves the right support to help them flourish. Many of our pupils have a Special Educational Need or Disability, and we are incredibly proud of the nurturing environment we provide for them.
Our highly skilled staff take the time to really understand each child as an individual. We work closely with families to tailor support that meets their needs, whether that involves classroom adaptations, targeted interventions or wider pastoral care. Our results show the impact of this personalised approach, with children growing in confidence, independence and achievement.
Alongside this, we support pupils who are in the early stages of a possible additional need. Through our plan, do, review approach, we ensure that no child is ever left without the right help at the right time.
Our school SENCO is onsite one day a week and plays a key role in guiding staff, meeting families and working with external professionals. Her expertise ensures our pupils receive the most effective support available and that we continue to build a deeply inclusive culture.
We are also proud to offer a flexible schooling policy that supports many of our pupils with SEND. This approach helps us work around individual needs and ensures children can succeed in a way that works best for them and their families.
